We are a group of about 10 members who meet around the region. We cover a geographical area from Cornwall to Gloucestershire and Wiltshire and Dorset. We meet 3 to 4 times a year around the South West Region. We are still actively looking for new members on this group, particularly lesbians, to bring new ideas and suggestions to the region so please contact us.
The group consists of members from all the Service Groups, from Health and Local Government to Higher Education and the Voluntary Sector. If you're out there and would like to come along then please get in touch with us. We maintain close links with the other Self-Organised Groups in the region, where we hold liaison meetings and seminars together, to promote one of UNISON’s main foundations, that of Self-Organisation. |
