The crucial dates for motions, registrations and publication of agendas have
been agreed.
30 July (12noon): submission of motions/amendments to standing orders from branch
and regional groups and NLGC.
Week beg 23 August: publication of preliminary agenda
17 September: National meeting of black lesbian and gay members
18 September: National meeting of disabled lesbian and gay members
24 September (12 noon):
- delegate registration
- amendments to motions
- proposals for motions/amendments to rule
to 2005 National Delegate Conference/motions to national service group
conferences
- nominations for delegates to 2005 National Delegate Conference/national service group conferences/TUC Lesbian and Gay Conference/general seats on 13th Lesbian and Gay Conference Standing Orders Committee
- motions from National Meetings of Black and Disabled lesbian and gay members
Week beginning 11 October:
- publication of final agenda
- deadline for visitor registration
- notification by regional groups of nomination of tellers
12 November (12noon):

submission of emergency motions
- submission of amendments to proposed National Delegate Conference motions/amendments to rule/motions to national service group conferences
- submission of amendments to motions from National Meetings of Black and Disabled lesbian and gay members
16 November (12noon): submission of priorities for order of business
